Policy PAY-002 · Version 1.0
Cancellation, rescheduling & refund policy
This policy applies to paid Business Health Clinic services, including the 40-minute Business Health Review. When you pay for a service, a qualified professional's time is reserved for you.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule at no additional charge with at least 24 hours' notice, using the scheduling link in your confirmation email or your client dashboard.
Inside 24 hours, you can still request a change. It goes to a member of the BHC team who reviews the circumstances and contacts you directly — the request is never rejected by the system.
Cancellations
Cancel with at least 24 hours' notice and you may request a refund of your payment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are recorded as late cancellations. Because the professional time was held for you, a refund is not automatic; a BHC administrator reviews the request and responds to you.
Missed appointments
If you do not attend and have not contacted us, the appointment is recorded as missed and is generally not refundable. If something happened, tell us — every situation is reviewed by a person.
If you arrive late, the professional stays for the remainder of the reserved time whenever possible. If too little time remains to be useful, we will reschedule instead of delivering an incomplete review.
If BHC changes or cancels
If BHC cancels or must move your appointment, you may choose a new time at no additional charge or receive a full refund. That choice is always yours.
Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed and decided by a BHC administrator — never automatically and never by software. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Partial refunds may apply where part of the service was delivered. Any decision comes to you in writing with the reason.
Courtesy exceptions
Life happens. BHC may waive this policy at its discretion — typically once per client — when circumstances warrant it. A courtesy exception is a recorded human decision, not an entitlement, and does not change the policy for later appointments.
Questions
If anything here is unclear or your situation does not fit these categories, contact BHC. A person will work it out with you.
