When something needs a closer look
A deeper investigation of a specific area of your business when the Business Health Review identifies something that needs a closer look.
Rather than investigating everything, BHC focuses the diagnostic on the area indicated by the available evidence.
These are examples, not a fixed or exhaustive list.
Workflows, responsibilities, bottlenecks, handoffs, capacity, and execution.
Financial patterns, margins, expenses, cash flow, and other relevant financial indicators.
Sales process, pipeline, conversion, pricing, follow-up, and performance.
Lead generation, acquisition channels, marketing activity, spend, and performance.
Customer journey, service delivery, complaints, retention, communication, and handoffs.
Roles, responsibilities, workload, accountability, structure, and staffing patterns.
Where the business relies excessively on the owner for decisions, knowledge, relationships, or daily execution.
Systems, tools, documentation, automation, processes, and information flow.
Your Business Health Review helps identify the area that deserves deeper investigation. BHC then defines the diagnostic scope, evidence needed, expected deliverables, and price before work begins.
If the available information is already sufficient to recommend an appropriate next step, an X-Ray may not be necessary.
Business X-Rays vary in scope depending on what the evidence indicates.
One defined problem, process, department, or business area.
Used when evidence indicates that a problem crosses multiple connected areas of the business.
A broader diagnostic used when the condition appears systemic or multiple major areas require investigation.
A broader diagnostic is not a better one. The goal is the smallest responsible diagnostic scope necessary to understand the problem.
Different X-Rays require different evidence. BHC requests only what the diagnostic scope actually requires.
Many diagnostics can be completed remotely. On-site work is used when the evidence requires direct observation of how work moves through the business.
Pricing depends on the area being investigated, the evidence required, the complexity of the issue, and whether remote or on-site investigation is necessary.
Before diagnostic work begins, you'll receive a defined scope, expected deliverables, and price.
Findings are reviewed with you. BHC recommends; you decide. There is no obligation to engage treatment or any specialist afterward.
A Business X-Ray is scoped by BHC, not selected by the client. Start with a Business Pulse or Business Health Check, and your Business Health Review determines whether a diagnostic is warranted and where it should be focused.
